- Timelines – Estimated timelines for service delivery may vary depending on project complexity. Twelvon Publisher is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
- Payment – Payments must be made in advance for all services. Custom contracts may apply for larger projects.
- Communication – Our primary communication channels include email, chat, phone, and WhatsApp. All official commitments will be made in writing.
- Intellectual Property – You retain all rights to your original content. Twelvon Publisher will not claim ownership of your manuscript or related materials.
- Changes and Revisions – Reasonable requests for edits or changes will be honored as per service terms. Extra rounds of revision may incur additional charges.
- Termination – Twelvon Publisher reserves the right to terminate services due to non-cooperation, violation of terms, or abusive behavior.
- Governing Law – These terms are governed by applicable U.S. and international business laws.
